- Replacement of lost gemstones, regardless of reason (even damage).
- A maintenance refurbishment program keeps your jewelry in like-new condition including future ring sizings.
- Enhanced diamond trade-up program and extended money back period.
Specifics:
PERIOD OF COVERAGE is three years from date of purchase.
COST OF PLAN is $15 for purchases up to $500 ; 3% of purchases from $501 - $3,000 ; 5% of purchases over $3,000 . Coverage is subject to the conditions and exclusions stated within this document.
KEEP-IT-LIKE-NEW provides you with all labor, services and materials required to keep your jewelry refurbished in like-new condition while this coverage is in effect, including accidental damage or loss to the gemstones and wear or accidental damage to the setting. (1)
45 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE extends your refund or exchange period provided your jewelry is in new condition. Not included are special ordered or custom made jewelry, jewelry with personal engraving, and diamonds inscribed with personal messages.
ADDITIONAL FREE SERVICES include ring sizings once per year, a free jar of jewelry cleaner at each inspection, polishing the setting, and straightening or tightening prongs while this coverage is in effect. (2)
ENHANCED DIAMOND TRADE-UP PLUS APPRECIATION allows you to trade-up the center stone of your diamond engagement ring, anniversary ring, solitaire pendant, or stud earrings toward diamond jewelry of only 50% greater value and receive your full purchase price plus 2% appreciation per year.
An additional 2% appreciation value is added to your trade-in value for each 12 month period up to five years. Your maximum appreciation value is 10% -- which means that this portion of the optional coverage will not be extended if you decide to renew this plan.
RENEWALS OF THIS PLAN are offered every three years, at the same cost listed above, for three additional years of coverage (see above section) provided the jewelry has been inspected regularly and recorded on this document.
