My moment was with my fiance as we entered Perrywinkles to find the perfect engagement ring. Perrywinkles was our very first stop as the company was highly recommended to us from family who had just purchased an engagement ring. We met with a consultant named Lisa who was very helpful and caring. She understood how important this process was for myself and my fiance. She helped us find the perfect engagement ring. After 5 weeks of waiting for the ring to be hand crafted, I was so happy to finally wear it. I have received countless compliments on the beauty of the ring. When my fiance went to pick up the ring, Lisa was not working. However, my fiance was informed to contact her at home from the store as she shared in the excitement with us. Lisa wanted to ensure our satisfaction even on her day off! We recently visited with Lisa and showed her how the ring looked on my finger. One would think she was a good friend by the amount of care and concern she treated us with. Dan and I would like to express our deepest gratitude to the company and especially Lisa. Thank you.
