Dear Winkle,
We wanted to thank you for all your help in choosing the most perfect ring and wedding bands.  We are thrilled!  We realize that you must work with hundreds & hundreds of clients, yet you have a wonderful way of making us feel special & unique each time we contact you.  Thank you especially for seeing to it that my engagement ring was ready by the Xmas holidays so that I could show it to my Grammy.  She thought it was lovely.  She passed away a week after New Year's (2 months before our wedding).  I am forever thankful that she saw my ring!  We look forward to working with you in the future.
